Where will my order ship from?

We have a local distribution center, in Gauteng that accommodates nationwide orders.

My item has not arrived, what do I do?
It is likely that your other items are on their way. You can also track your order by sending a query to info@carterdirect.co.za

Please ship your return with a courier that provides tracking and insurance. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility.

Alternatively, you may COLLECT / Send own courier.

The Courier details on Wholesale Customer Cards is the default courier method (Courier / Collect)

 

Valid reasons for returning stock:

- If a stock item arrives damaged.
- If you received the incorrect stock.

Stock may not be returned for a credit if 30 days has passed after date of invoice.
In order to have the Credit Note/Refund successfully processed, the following is required to be given to Carter Agencies.

They following needs to be returned in a sealed bag:

1. 1. A copy of the Invoice / Invoice Number.
2. 2. Valid reason for the return of the item.
3. 3. The stock item.

If these 3 points are adhered to, a Credit Note / Refund will be passed.

If not, a 10% Handling Fee (of item returned) will be charged, and no Credit Note/Refund passed.
